How to schedule mouse clicks at a set time
Record the clicks once, then pick a day and a time. Recorder plays them then, once or on repeat.
Updated 1 October 2026 · The Scheduler is part of the Basic and Pro plans in Myna Recorder.
1. Record or write the clicks
Press Start recording (F2), do the clicks by hand and press Stop recording (F3). Or write them in the Script tab:
click(640, 420)
sleep(1)
click_crop("Submit")
A click at fixed coordinates lands on whatever is there at that moment. When the target can move, click on its picture instead, as the last line does. Save the macro from the File menu; the Scheduler lists what you saved.
2. Pick the day and time
Open the Scheduler tab and press Schedule a run. Choose the saved macro, pick the day from the list or the calendar, set the time, and add it. A sentence under the form says when it will run and how long from now, so a wrong day shows up before you add it.
3. Repeat it
Run it sets how many times, and how far apart: from one second to seven days. The runs keep to their clock times, so a run every hour from 22:00 is 22:00, 23:00, 00:00 and so on. A separate setting plays the macro several times in a row within each run.
4. One run at a time
Scheduled runs never overlap. A run whose time comes while another is still going waits its turn and runs late rather than being dropped. Pause schedules holds the whole queue until you resume, and Run now starts an entry early. Every finished run is listed with its result.
5. What has to stay on
Recorder has to be open and the computer awake. A run whose time passes while Recorder is closed or the computer is asleep is marked as missed and is not run late, so nothing fires by surprise when you next open it.
6. Get told when it runs
Settings → Notifications can tell you when a scheduled run starts, finishes, or fails, is stopped or is missed, with a desktop popup or a Telegram or Discord message. The failure message is on by default.
7. Plans
- The Scheduler is part of the paid plans, Basic and Pro.
- Recording, editing and replaying the macro itself are free on every plan.
- To press a key every few seconds rather than at a set time, see how to press a key every X seconds.
