Out of credits before the period ends? Buy a reserve. It never expires and is spent only after your allowance for the current billing period is gone. Reserve credits can only be used with an active licence that includes the AI features.

What a credit buys
A credit is a unit of AI work. The figures below are rough estimates, and the real cost varies: it depends on the model you pick, how long your request and the conversation are, and, for anything that looks at the screen, the size of the picture. Myna Recorder shows the estimated cost of a model when you choose it, and each request is charged for what it actually used.

Common questions
Will I be charged again automatically?
Yes. The regular price is charged every 30 days after any introductory discount ends until you cancel. The renewal date is shown on your account page.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one click. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens after I cancel?
You drop to the free plan. Your macros, scripts and crops stay on your computer, and programs you already exported keep running.
What is a credit, and do I need any?
A unit of AI work. Only the AI features spend them: the assistant, ask_ai and the AI text reader. Recording, playback, image anchors and export never cost a credit. The allowance for the current billing period resets each period and does not carry over; a reserve pack never expires. The 100 trial credits can be used only during the trial.
One computer at a time — what if I get a new PC?
Sign out inside Myna Recorder on the old one and sign in on the new one. If the old machine is gone, sign in on the new one anyway; after 30 days of silence the new computer takes the seat.
